Improve ecosystem efficiency
Thanks to the intelligent algorithm specifically designed for this application it is possible to set the optimal production speed of each machine, avoiding start and stop patterns which lead both to an efficiency drop and an increase of product waste. Ecosystem Sam flow is also capable of optimizing the ecosystem speed during the short changeovers occurring during normal operations, such as log saw blade changeover and poly reel change in packaging machines.
Improve ecosystem supervision
This solution has been designed to provide a real time overview of the running ecosystem, providing information about the status of each machine group. Furthermore, it is able to collect product recipes information from each machine and save it in an Ecosystem recipe. Whenever the production schedule requests the saved ecosystem recipe Ecosystem Sam flow will send to each machine the request of product changeover with the information related to the specific machine recipe.
