MTC Vizion
Designed for 3-4 panel hand towels and high thickness products, the high-performance MTC Vizion has a patented multi-panel system that uses the same folder head for Z and W shapes to minimize changeover time. Mechanical folding ensures perfect single-sheet control and consistent, high-quality folds.

Designed for the production of 3-4 panel hand towels (Z and W shape), these high-speed lines feature best-in-class technology solutions for interfold products with mechanical folding ensuring perfect folding also for high thickness products.Thanks to the various MTC patents, the MTC VIZION lines provide perfect control of each single sheet to achieve high production and quality standards over time. Our Multipanel patented system allows production of Z and W hand towels on the same folder head featuring extremely short changeover times and the possibility of performing the changeover directly from HMI.

State-of-the-art MTC Revo is the only solution on the market capable of producing 2, 3, and 4-panel V, Z, and W products using one fold header! Single- and multi-fold products can be run on the same line equipped with a single paper infeed system — reducing floor space and lowering overhead costs.
